Overhead squat 1RM

165# new PR***

Felt good today hitting Ohs. Only real limiting factor was wrist soreness. Got a successful lift on third try. First one was easy but didn't get low enough. Second I dropped before squat bc wrist was sore and third I got.

Worked cleans. Got up to 225 but form felt off and didn't get it. Maxed at 205 today.
