Last couple days are jumbled and I took rest days on tues and thurs.

Got 255 but it was like all the veins in my face were about to explode. Just felt fuckin heavy.

Felt great in this workout. Had a great time but still could have been better. Need to stop being a pussy and run harder. Run faster mother fucker....deal with the pain later.
